Thanks for your interest in my life’s work.
I practice and teach tantric hatha yoga using the Pranakriya Methodology, which was developed by Michael, “Yoganand” Carroll, through the lineage of Swami Kripaluvanandaji, a 20th century Yoga Master and Saint.
I also practice and teach the hands-on energy practices of Thai Yoga Therapy, Reiki and Love.
I teach group classes, workshops, trainings and offer private consultation sessions as well.
