Come join William Hufschmidt & Friends for an amazing yoga experience with the rhythms and dynamism of live drumming.

This will be an all-level asana and movement practice that uses rhythm and interaction to deepen our experience of aliveness and evolution.

Bring your mat, your friends, and your curiosity to not do “it” the way you always do.
